WNY Legal Nurse Consulting was begun in 2001 to meet the needs of our local community. We set out to provide medical records review and medical/legal support services as an alternative to in-house nurse paralegals and high priced physician expert witnesses. At that time our services focused on medical malpractice, personal injury and nursing home abuse cases, and although we have grown these remain our primary focus.

Through our work with the legal community concerning records review and dispute resolution for the Long-Term Care community we identified a need for expert services in the areas of CMS surveys and management support. In response to those needs our staff of Nurse Consultants has grown to include experts in plans of correction, pre-survey preparation, case management and teaching.

Today WNY Legal Nurse Consulting enjoys a position as the areas largest and most experienced firm. We have had the honor of providing services to dozens of law firms, insurance companies and health care facilities. Our clients range from private practitioners to some of the areas largest firms and we continue to pride ourselves on providing each with individual attention.

Based in West Seneca, New York just outside Buffalo, our nurses have provided services throughout New York and several other states. Each member of our staff has extensive experience in their respective fields and are expert at meeting your needs in a timely and professional manner.
